Do dzisiaj wspominam dwóch cudownych nauczycieli ze szkoły podstawowej – jeden z nich zawsze miał do nas liczne słowa zachęty okraszone życzliwym uśmiechem, drugi cierpliwość oraz wiarę w nas, wiejskich dzieciaków – obydwu z nich cechowała niekwestionowana charyzma, którą my, uczniowie, instynktownie szanowaliśmy i podziwialiśmy. Dlatego właśnie nie ma we mnie zgody na to, żeby każdy nauczyciel dostał taką samą podwyżkę – jedni z nich podcinają skrzydła dzieciom, drudzy – im je dają. Sercem opowiadam się tylko i wyłącznie za sprawiedliwością (równo nie znaczy sprawiedliwie!). Dzisiaj zarobek winien być warunkowany jakością oraz ilością pracy. Rozumiem, że czas Siłaczek już minął.
